Returns
If an item does not suit you or the size is wrong, you can return it to us.
Return process:
- Send your order details by email to info@rinosbike.eu
- After checking your eligibility, you will receive a return label
- Drop the package at a courier location
- Items must be returned within 14 days
Exchange
Sometimes items can be defective or faulty. In this case you can of course return them.
Contact us at info@rinosbike.eu and let us know if you want a refund or replacement.
Important notes:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Refund will be via the original payment method
- Processing time: within 14 days of receiving the return
